How to Fix Brother Printer Offline Problems?

Step – 3

·         Find your printer from the list.
·         Right-click on the Brother Printer and select the option Use Printer Offline option from the drop-down menu.



Step – 4

·         Click on the Start Menu.
·         Find the Control Panel and open it.
·         Click on Hardware and Sound and click on Devices and Printers.
·         Find your printer from the list.
·         Right-click on the Brother Printer and click on See what’s printing.
·         You need to select Cancel All Documents from the Printing section.
·         Restart the printer and try printing from it.

Step – 5

·         Click on the Start Menu.
·         Find the Control Panel and open it.
·         Click on Hardware and Sound and click on Devices and Printers.
·         Find your printer from the list.
·         Right-click on the Brother Printer and sand you will get a drop-down menu.
·         If the option Pause Printing grayed out and checked, you need to sign in from an administrative privilege and uncheck the Pause Printing option.

Step – 6

·         Press the Windows + R button.
·         You need to type control in the Run dialog box and press enter.
·         You need to select View Devices and Printers in the hardware and Sound section.
·         You need to right-click on your printer name and select Printer properties.
·         You need to click on the Ports tab.
·         You need to select the Standard TCP/IP Port of your printer and click on Configure Port.
·         You need to uncheck the SNMP Status Enabled option and click on the OK button.
·         You can also check if the WSD port option is unchecked or not.
·         If it is checked then kindly uncheck it and click on the OK button.

Apart from the above-mentioned solutions, you can also fix Brother Printer offline problem by updating its driver. You will need to visit the official website of Brother printer support and download the appropriate printer driver for your model.
