·         You will need to start the Printer Spooler services and keep it automatic.
·         Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.


Step – 4

·         Use the Windows and R keys simultaneously to bring the Run dialog box.
·         You need to type mscin the Run dialog box and press enter.
·         You need to find your printer from the list of devices showing in the Device Manager.
·         Double click on it and it will open a window.
·         You need to select Update Driver from this window.

Step – 5

·         Click on the Start Menu.
·         Search for the Control Panel and open it.
